Sizing details
If you are unsure of your ring size, you can purchase a ring sizer on our site. Some of our rings are subject to a ring sizing fee, if you need your ring sized again. So please be aware that we will charge you a resizing fee, if you ordered the wrong size. Most of our rings can be exchanged for another size but we will charge a shipping fee.
Care instructions
Jewelry is delicate piece of commodity, therefore, you should treat it as best as you can. Avoid getting your ring wet or wear it in the shower or pool or jacuzzi or while doing strenuous activities. Also, avoid contacting your jewelry w/ lotion, perfume, or oil. Most damages comes from being careless with you jewelry, therefore, be cautious while wearing it.
*PLATING such as ROSE GOLD PLATING or 18k Vermeil ARE NOT A PERMANENT FINISH. Thus, it will eventually rub off. If that bothers you, purchase the sterling silver option.
*To increase the LONGEVITY of the plating, DO NOT GET IT WET or rub oils or lotions, acids or anything that can strip off the layer.
* Please store your jewelry in a zipped plastic packet to prevent oxidation

Also, photos that are taken on our model may appear bigger or smaller on you, therefore it is imperative to read the description that we have provided.
Shipments
Please contact USPS regarding any issues you have with your shipment, provide them your tracking number in order to be assisted. We are not the logistic department, so once it is dropped off USPS, you are responsible to resolve any issues with USPS.
International Order
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, I would recommend upgrading the shipping method to Priority or Express as these come with a tracking number. First Class shipping method lacks tracking number and insurance so if it fails to reach you, we will not be held accountable.
